Andrew House #2 is the ideal place for a private getaway. Andrew is a single building with two apartments. Andrew House #2 has a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and coffee maker), bathroom with shower/tub, living room and 2 bedrooms. It overlooks Tatamagouche Bay and has direct access to the Trans-Canada Trail also called the Butter Trail. The village of Tatamagouche is in 15 minutes walking distance.

Our property has 15 acres at the Tatamagouche Bay.  It is a beautiful space ! Andrew House is looking right over the Bay and century old trees. 
The village of Tatamagouche can be reached on the Butter Trail within 15 minutes.

There is no public transit in Tatamagouche. Please bring our vehicle along. If you love to ride a bicycle you will enjoy exploring the Butter Trail.

Tatamagouche Centre is a Retreat and Conference Centre. If our residences are not booked by groups we make them available on Airbnb. The Creighton units are ideal for an overnight for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The Creighton units do not have a fridge or kitchenette or TV. There is wifi access.  We have 5 Creighton units. Every unit is unique to its number of beds. This unit #3 can sleep 1 couple & 1 single guest or 2 single guests. 3 guests max.

Stevens House offers lodging for up to 9 guests.  The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom on the ground level as well as one wheelchair accessible bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite wheelchair accessible bathroom. Upstairs is a common room with a couch & bed, 3 bedrooms, each with a 2 single beds, and a full bath.

There is a wheelchair ramp, and extensive grounds.

Stevens House overlooks the French River. It is a historic home, and the second oldest house in Tatamagouche! It is lovingly restored, and is a great place to spend a few days with friends or family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, pots and pans. Our property has access to the Butter Trail - Trans Canada Trail. The village of Tatamagouche is 15 min on foot or 2 minutes by car.

Access to full house and grounds. Bonfire and BBQ upon request.

Tatamagouche is a lovely, flourishing community on the North Shore of Nova Scotia. The Steven's House is located on the scenic grounds of the Tatamagouche Centre at the meeting of the French River and the Waugh River. You'll see eagles soaring, and an easy walk can take you into the village or along the trail for some breathtaking scenery.

The Trans Canada trail is right in the back yard- from here it is an easy 15 minute walk into the Village and the Saturday Farmer's Market (9am-1pm).  The Tatamagouche Bay and French River are steps away- bring your canoe or kayak and enjoy the tranquil waters.

Fireplace

Campbell House is an iconic feature of the Tatamagouche Centre grounds. Originally built in 1824, the house has a lot of character and is the oldest house in Tatamagouche. There are 7 spacious bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The house also has a large living room, a working fireplace and a full kitchen.  This is a great house for a family or group retreat.

Even though the Campbell House has 8 bedrooms, room #7 is currently unavailable, so in total we only can offer 7 bedrooms
